Using Miami44
Miami44 is a Miami-focused discovery, community, Concierge and brokered-work service. You may use it only for lawful purposes and must not misuse the service, impersonate another person or business, interfere with the platform, or provide information you are not authorized to provide.
Business and community information
Unclaimed portal concepts and public research are independent Miami44 concepts based on public sources and do not establish endorsement, ownership, affiliation, live inventory, availability, pricing, schedules, or authorization to act for the subject. Official sources control where information conflicts.
Verified authority
Business-management capabilities require verified authority represented inside Miami44. Builder access is separately approved. Miami44 may revoke or limit access when authority cannot be verified, permissions are exceeded, or platform integrity requires it.
Brokered work
Submitting a request does not guarantee a match, acceptance, completion time, price, or outcome. Builders do not self-claim Queue work. Lito can route a request to an approved Builder, who may accept or decline. Any binding commercial terms should be established separately by the relevant parties.
AI and generated guidance
Concierge, Desk and portal experiences may include AI-generated synthesis. They can be incomplete or wrong. Important business, legal, financial, health, eligibility, pricing, availability, schedule or safety decisions should be confirmed with an authoritative source or qualified professional as appropriate.
Service changes
Miami44 may modify, suspend, remove or add features as the service evolves. These terms may also be updated. Continued use after an update means you agree to the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
